Itinerary
Arrival at Phuentsholing from Bagdogra Airport / NJP Railway Station.
After arrival, complete immigration and entry permit formalities.
Self-explore • Zangto Pelri Lhakhang • Explore the local town and market area.
Overnight: Phuentsholing
After breakfast, complete immigration formalities and drive to Thimphu (approx. 6–7 hours). The journey offers beautiful views of rivers, forests, and mountain landscapes.
Upon arrival visit:
• Buddha Dordenma
Evening explore Thimphu town and local markets.
Overnight: Thimphu
After breakfast explore Thimphu.
Visit:
• Tashichho Dzong
• Motithang Takin Preserve
• National Folk Heritage Museum
Later drive to Paro (approx. 1.5 hours).
Evening leisure walk around Paro town.
Overnight: Paro
After breakfast hike to Bhutan’s iconic monastery:
• Paro Taktsang
The hike takes about 4–5 hours round trip, offering breathtaking views of the Paro valley.
After returning, relax and explore Paro town.
Overnight: Paro
After breakfast drive back to Phuentsholing (approx. 6–7 hours).
Check-in at hotel and enjoy free time in the evening for shopping or relaxation.
Overnight: Phuentsholing
After breakfast transfer to Bagdogra for onward flight.
Tour concludes with wonderful memories of Bhutan.
